INTRODUCTION

Welcome to our "Attico Mare"

Our Bed and Breakfast "Attico Mare" is placed on the first raw in front of the beach and enjoys a breath-taking sea-sight of the "Palms Riviera".

It is also located close to the Camerino University and at some hundreds meter distance from the down-town.

Wide public free-parking site, ex-Tirassegno area, at m 50 distance from B&B; alternatively on promenade, payable only from 1st June to 31 August.

The beach in front is sandy and the sea-bottom is shallow. Beside the characteristic sea-chalets, there are nearby 2 "free beaches".

Our B&B offers free bicycles, in the limit of their availability.

Nearby there are cheap restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets and other services; the town bus-stop is just in front of us.

The rooms of our Bed & Breakfast "Attico Mare", all with inside private bathroom and balcony, are comparable to those of a 3 stars hotel, see additional details here below.

Our breakfast is Italian style, sweet based. We bake dayly our cake, croissants and bread.

Mastercard and Visa credit cards are welcome.

Detailed characteristics of the structure

All rooms with inside private bathroom with shower, wide balcony equipped with sand-chairs and -bed: most of the rooms are with sea-sight;
Room cleaning every second day; new towels every second day or when need be;
Refrigerator, air conditioning and safe;
Free Wi-Fi;
The building has also the elevator: we are on the 4th floor;
We serve Italian breakfast composed of coffee, milk, tea, croissant, biscuits, bread, cake, jam, butter, nutella, honey, juices;
Keys remitted to the guests, so that you enjoy indipendent entrance;
Luggage keeping upon departure;
Bicycle rental;
Beach with typical Italian chalets, where you may rent the sun umbrella and 2 sand-beds: tariff Eur 10/day June and September, 15 in July and 20 in August.
Parking to be paid in blue areas only from 1° June until 15 September in the promenade and surrounding streets (about Eur 8,00/day - Eur 32/week);
Languages spoken: English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese;
Nearby pizzerias, restaurants, bar, supermarket, bakery, hair-dresser, farmacy, bank and post-office.

Smoking - It is forbidden to smoke only in the breakfast room.
